You have the right, in case a product arrives with significant defects or damages that cannot be fixed, to request its exchange/return and request refund service in such an instance. We may replace or refund depending on availability.

At the point of delivery, it’s crucial that photos or videos be taken of any visible damages to ensure a replacement or refund claim can be processed quickly and successfully. Email photographic proof within 48 hours to our support department to qualify.

Please report missing items within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will gladly offer free replacement. However, customers who threaten our staff with threats, unreasonable requests, attempts at extortion or other forms of abusive conduct will not receive compensation; all issues should be settled amicably with friendly smiles on both sides.

Customized/made-to-order items only qualify for replacement when there is a significant defect in manufacturing. Since these are one-of-a-kind pieces, used products cannot be returned due to being unique products; all returned merchandise must remain undamaged, unopened, in its original packaging and have never been opened or used prior to being submitted as eligible replacement products.

HornyKong will not assume responsibility for return shipping fees; therefore, using tracking services or purchasing shipping insurance may be recommended as they can offer peace of mind when returning products to HornyKong and making decisions within 10-15 days whether a refund should be granted.

Exemptions：

Due to our toys’ unique handmade design and manufacturing process, there may be minor flaws. Under our return and refund policy, minor imperfections and damages do not fall within its purview, such as skin imperfections such as spots, scratches, marks, compression marks and microcuts; variations to skin’s surface; loose or missing fingernails/toenails or eyelashes as well as minor discrepancies and inconsistencies with facial or body makeup products are excluded from consideration. Our return and refund policy does not extend to items which have been used, washed, altered, custom-made or made-to-order, as well as promotional, complimentary extra-free replacement products or upgrades; our return/refund policy also does not cover product damage resulting from improper cleaning methods and user actions such as incorrect handling during usage; additionally it does not cover damages caused by incorrect cleaning techniques and methods employed during or post usage – our return/refund policy cannot cover damage attributed solely to user action and incorrect cleaning methods or users or incorrect cleaning methods employed during/post usage; nor any damages caused directly or solely attributable to users or cleaning methods used when using products or upgrading products as per return/refund policy policy or products/service.

Cancellation Policy：

Our products can be tailored specifically to the individual customer’s requirements, making the ordering experience personal. However, orders may be cancelled within the initial 24-hour window for a transaction fee to apply.

Refund: 90% Can Be Provided Within 4 Hours and 80% Within 24 Hours

Order processing begins within 24 hours after we’ve received payment from you and orders cannot be cancelled once production has started; otherwise 50%-70% of the total will be deducted as handling and restocking fees; if shipping was already charged against your card then this amount will be deducted off any refund; but please be aware if an order has already shipped we won’t accept refund requests at that point.

Order Amendments or modifications：

Modifications are accepted on custom orders; the procedure and timing depend upon where your product is in its production process. We provide modification services free if the order arrives within 48 hours; after 48 hours HornyKong, manufacturers, or any other parties involved may refuse further requests to modify an order; delays with shipping could ensue and additional charges could apply – therefore an administrative fee will apply and will not be returned in case your requested change cannot take place.

Recycling of used products is strictly forbidden and you should never return or reject their package, regardless of its contents or labeling information; such information could potentially lead to fraudulence and should therefore not be relied on as correct.
