Because of the highly intimate and custom-crafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once an order is placed and processing begins. There is no “buyer’s remorse” or unconditional return period for these hygienic items.
After-Sales & Unboxing Verification
We implement exhaustive quality control before international dispatch. Due to the nature of silicone casting, minor mold lines or microscopic surface variations are inherent characteristics of the craft, not quality defects.
If you believe your item sustained severe damage during transit or has a critical manufacturing defect, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. Without this video evidence, we cannot process any after-sales claims.
