B2B / Wholesale: For wholesale inquiries or bulk B2B distribution orders, timelines and contractual terms will be finalized via direct correspondence with our executive team.
Order Lock-in: Once an order is confirmed and payment is captured, the production slot is locked. You cannot change your order to a different product or request a cancellation for a refund.
Chargeback Policy: Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through your bank or credit card provider after the product has been delivered—or during the agreed-upon production window—will be treated as a breach of contract and pursued legally.
